About the Artists

Mend on the Move is a Metro Detroit nonprofit that employs women who are abuse survivors.  The women hand make the jewelry in small batches using repurposed automotive parts.  Each piece they make has a one-of-a-kind name, inspirational words along with product details, and maker signature on the back of each package.  Your purchase tells the world that you stand for the empowerment and healing of abuse survivors in your community. 100% of your purchase goes to Mend's mission to provide each maker with professional and personal healing support, fair wages, empowerment, and marketable skills training.
