About the Artist:
Heiner Hertling of Howell, Michigan, decided to paint and sculpt for pleasure vs. business after working as a graphic artist in the advertising arena for 20 years. He embraces the visual arts as an oil painter and sculptor. From intricate detailed realism to bold colorful impressionistic paintings nothing in the arts is off limits to the highly-acclaimed artist and host of “Brush with Nature.” His work reflects his love for open spaces, wildlife and nature. Painting Plein Air in sub-zero temperatures with hearty friends is to him as satisfying as painting beside the Huron River on a beautiful sunny day.
