About the Artist:
Leah Kucharek believes the happiest people own a horse, a dog, too many cats, and at least one deranged goat. She paints horses because she is an avid rider from a family of equine enthusiasts. The Michigan artist has a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Art and Graphic Design from Central Michigan University.
