About the Artist:

Susan Gilland is inspired by nature, and often creates works using real leaves and other natural elements imbedded into the clay. Many of her pieces feature inspiring quotes and words, as she aspires to encourage others.  She finds the process of creating her work to be therapeutic, and she hopes those that view her work find inspiration in it as well.
